Ugh. He does look like a poorly-aged Headroom, doesn't he?
Also, if his complexion was a bit more orange, I'd expect him to be screaming "It's a trap!"
Hmmmm.... If he were green and a bit more veiny in the temple, he could pass as "The Leader."
