If it's a Union-Pacific train leaving Boston, and a Kansas City Southern train leaving Miami, then YES! Mark Warner is an asshole.
If it's an AmTrak leaving from either city, then YES! Mark Warner is an asshole.
If It's a Great Northern leaving either city...then NO, Mark Warner is not an asshole. In that case, he is just the pile left when the asshole finishes it's job.
